Receive an individualized approach to particular needs, pain, discomfort, auto immune issues, or surgical recovery in one-on–one table work. In one-on-one in-person sessions, the practitioner uses gentle manipulative and passive movements, helping free tight muscles and joints that limit motion and cause discomfort. The body is introduced to movement patterns that support improved physical organization and functionality while integrating improved neurological connections and kinesthetic alignment. Because Feldenkrais works with healing the body through nuero-plastic connections, it is an excellent match for those with autoimmune diseases such as Parkinson's, ALS, MS, Lyme Disease etc.
Buffalo Feldenkrais also offers private, online sessions on Zoom. These are a wonderful opportunity for exploration and relief from chronic pain for clients who are not able to attend in-person sessions.
Mara is presently booking appointments at the Ken Ton Physical Therapy and doing house calls in the general Buffalo area. All in-person and Zoom sessions are by appointment. We advise you to book ahead and let us know if you have any special needs.
